Grant is a Barrister and Solicitor and a graduate of Queen’s University. He has 20 years of experience working internationally advising and leading business and charities to expand their effectiveness with innovative strategies including restructuring company assets to align with new opportunities, or changing markets.
He has lived in Hong Kong, Canada and the UK and worked throughout Asia, China, Africa and the Middle East. He consults for Social Impact Investors to implement Youth Employment initiatives as a part of UN SDG’s and has launched emergency relief responses following natural disasters in Asia, including the 2005 Tsunami.
Grant has lived near Saintfield for 10 years with his wife Caroline and their four boys. They operate a near-organic sheep farm and have developed a business to export NI’s amazing Beef and Lamb to Luxury Hotels and Michelin Star restaurants. Grant understands the impact of Brexit uncertainty upon business and agriculture and wants to see NI flourish with the great opportunities before us.
